Yuji Kunii embarked on his sushi-making journey at a local restaurant in his hometown of Tokyo, Japan, when he was 15 years old. While others would travel great distances to master the art of sushi in Japan, Mr. Kunii was fortunate to be immersed in rigorous training at an early age.
